Experience the Thrill of Summer Solar Viewing!

Join us for an incredible opportunity to observe our closest star, the Sun, in broad daylight!

Our observatory opens its doors, on some Sunday afternoons, welcoming the public to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the Sun through our state-of-the-art 60 mm Hydrogen Alpha filtered Solar telescope.

Come and discover the wonders of our celestial neighbour like never before.

Remember never view the sun with the naked eye. Always use an approved filtered method.

No charges but donations are welcome.

No booking is necessary just drop in on the day.

These events are weather-dependent (if its cloudy, we will not open)
